Mike has been in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 25 years where he has gained knowledge and experience. Mike also serves as a mentor to students and staff across the school division in Lloydminster. He founded Kiertin Consulting Ltd in 2007.

Cynthia has been a program coordinator for over 15 years. She has developed tools and resources for numerous organizations.

Tinisha Young

Office Manager

Tinisha is helping Kiertin Consulting LTD grow as a company. She is an alumnus from Lakeland College where she obtained her Business Certificate, Marketing Major Diploma as well as her General Business Diploma, she currently studies at Athabasca University where she is obtaining her Bachelor of Management Degree majoring in Human Resources.
